1. Purpose and Scope
This policy governs the terms for subscription cancellations, renewals, refunds, and account closures for the Kramiq platform. It applies to all authorized subscribers, including clinics, hospitals, medical practitioners, and other healthcare organizations.
2. Free Trial Period
New customers are eligible for a one (1) month free trial to evaluate the platform.
• Fees: No subscription fee is payable during this period.
• Cancellation: Use may be discontinued at any time without penalty.
• Refunds: As no fee is charged, no refund applies to trial periods.
3. Subscription Plans and Cancellation
Kramiq offers Monthly and Annual subscription plans.

• User Accounts: Accounts may be disabled upon cancellation, but outstanding payment obligations remain due.
6. Payment Processing and Disputes
• Payment Gateways: Future online payments (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree) will be processed by authorized providers, and refunds will typically be issued to the original payment method.
• Chargebacks: Customers are encouraged to resolve billing issues directly with the Company before initiating chargebacks. The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts during chargeback investigations.
7. Company-Initiated Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate services if:
