• Clinic: Any healthcare provider subscribing to the Platform.

• Patient: Any individual booking an appointment through the Platform.

• Processing: Handling data through collection, storage, transmission, or deletion.

4. OUR ROLE

Kramiq primarily acts as a Data Processor, handling patient information only on the documented instructions of the Clinic, which acts as the Data Fiduciary (Controller). Ownership of patient records remains with the Clinic.

5. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

• From Clinics: Name, doctor names, address, email, mobile numbers, subscription info, and login credentials.

• From Patients: Full name, mobile number, preferred appointment date/time, selected doctor, clinic location, and communication preferences.

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, and session/security logs.

• WhatsApp Data: Mobile numbers and message metadata for scheduling purposes.

6. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

Unless specifically enabled by a clinic, we do not intentionally collect medical prescriptions, diagnostic reports, laboratory results, or financial information like bank account or payment card details.

7. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Data is processed to manage clinic schedules, send appointment confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp or other channels, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

8. DATA SECURITY & STORAGE

In accordance with reasonable security practices under Indian law, we implement:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit.

• Password hashing and role-based access controls.

• Server monitoring and encrypted backups.
